CPE Training Course on Captives

This course is designed to introduce participants to the rapidly growing use of Captive Insurance within risk management programs. Risk management is the process of identifying, assessing, and controlling financial, legal, strategic and security risks to an organization's capital and earnings. This session will review basic insurance and risk management fundamentals, leading into how the strategies are evolving for growing businesses. We will provide ample information on Small Business Captives that are regulated under IRC 831(b) as well as how they can be significantly effective for the right qualified organization. Importantly, we will review IRS guildlines by discussing case studies (positive and negative).
